Health Disparities Research Training Program (HDRTP)
Now Accepting Applications for 2005-2006
New York, April 4, 2005 – The Health Disparities Research Training Program (HDRTP) is now accepting applications for 2005-2006. The HDRTP is a program of the NYU Center for the Study of Asian American Health and the Charles B. Wang Community Health Center. It is a research training program for health professionals and graduate students who are interested in conducting community-based participatory research with Asian American communities.
Graduate students in medicine, public health, social work, nursing, or other health-related fields are encouraged to apply. The program also considers physicians and other allied professionals at various levels of their careers who desire to explore opportunities in research.

Completed applications must be postmarked by Monday, May 16, 2005, and candidates who are selected will be announced Friday, July 15, 2005.
