- Primarily responsible for recording and reporting the financial
results of SOM operations (Operating, Endowment, Clinical,
Discretionary Funds) – reconciling the General Ledger,
Balance Sheet and Statement of Activity.
- Oversees and monitors cash receipts, reconciling bank accounts,
journal activity, gifts and pledges, long term investment
activity, endowment income, interest income.
- Prepares system generated/ad-hoc queries for senior management.
- Conducts business in accordance with generally accepted accounting
principles and NACUBO (National Association of College
and University Business Officers).
