- Coordinates and approves additions/changes to the Chart of Accounts
(COA). COA provides the organizing framework for budgeting, recording
and reporting on all financial transactions.
- Monitor and control General Ledger data and content; add/modify
user security access; grant right to edit process to post journals
to the system.
- Maintain the financial reporting system in FAME.
- Troubleshooting system and data problems.
- Provide support for eReports and Data Warehouse issues.
- Prepare and maintain various ad-hoc reports for use by internal
and external sources
