Dr. Trevejo-Nunez, a second-year Fellow in Infectious Diseases,  was awarded a Stony Wold-Herbert Fellowship to support her research on interactions between dendritic cells, macrophages, and CD4+ T lymphocytes in the lungs in tuberculosis. 

The Stony Wold-Herbert Fund  is a privately endowed, non-profit organization that assists the community in its struggle against pulmonary disease.
