The entrance is the main NYU Medical Center Entrance Lobby, which is distinguished by a overhang covered semi-circular drive-through driveway directly on First Avenue.
Upon entering the lobby, the Medical Science Building Entrance is a glass enclosed hallway just to the right of center in the lobby and is clearly labeled. This hallway leads to a stairwell and a set of elevators, either of which may be taken up one level to the second floor.
