Nurse Manager: Jane Denuto, BS, BA, RN

Radiology Department is comprised of 6 Interventional Suites, 4 Diagnostic Rooms, 3 CT Scans, 4 MRI Scanners, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine. Specialties include:
- Neurointerventional Procedures
- AVM (arterial venous malformations)
- Aneurysms
- Stroke Intervention (embolizing with collagen, coils, & glue)
- WADA testing (pre-surgical brain mapping for epilepsy patients)
- Vascular Interventional Procedures
- Hepatic Chemoembolization
- Uterine Fibroid Embolization
- TIPS (transjugular intrahepatic portal system shunting)
- Vascular Access (mediports, permacath, PICC line insertions
- MRI
- Diagnostic studies
- Neurosurgical pre and post surgical scanning of adults and children
- Diagnostic cardiac congenital anomaly studies
- CT Procedures
- Cryoablations
- Radiofrequency ablations
- Biopsies
- Diagnostic Scans
We look for these qualities in our radiology nurses:
- Previous Radiology and/or Critical Care experience preferred
- Experience with moderate sedation and IV insertion
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to positively communicate and interact with all members of the Radiology health care team
