OCHAP assists NYU Langone Medical Center personnel with navigating the challenging New York City apartment market. The OCHAP website provides information on neighborhoods, transportation options, management companies, and hotels.

 

OCHAP lists information solely as an accommodation for faculty , staff, and students of the NYU Langone Medical Center community (comprised of NYU School of Medicine and NYU Hospitals Center). OCHAP does not operate as a rental agency, inspect any property, represent any landlord, broker, hotel, management company or owner, or guarantee the suitability of the listings or of the landlords/owners. Any agreement for the lease or rental of an apartment is strictly among the landlord/owner, the broker, and the tenant. Each of NYU Hospitals Center and the NYU School of Medicine is released from any and all liability in connection with accommodations found through OCHAP.
