OCHAP lists information solely as an accommodation for faculty , staff, and students of the NYU Langone Medical Center community (comprised of NYU School of Medicine and NYU Hospitals Center). OCHAP does not operate as a rental agency, inspect any property, represent any landlord, broker, hotel, management company or owner, or guarantee the accuracy of the listings or the landlords/owners. Any agreement for the lease or rental of an apartment is strictly among the broker, the landlord/owner, the broker, and the tenant. The Medical Center will not be a party to the agreement . Each of NYU Hospitals Center and the NYU School of Medicine is released from any and all liability in connection with accommodations found through the OCHAP services or web site.
