The training program has been modified and restructured in order to provide comprehensive training in all aspects of modern Pediatric Cardiology, including structured instruction in basic and clinical research.

A fourth or fifth year of protected training is available for selected individuals with interests in various sub-disciplines, such as imaging, or basic research.
