Title: An assessment of documentation of child abuse and neglect cases in the Pediatric Emergency Department
Description: Determine the frequency of documentation of key history, physical exam, consults diagnostic tests, and therapy of children presenting with suspected child abuse or neglect to the pediatric ED. Retrospective chart based review.
