Description: Questionnaire to parents of children presenting to an ED and private pediatric practice addressing their understanding of the causes, complications and treatment of fever.

Title: Surveillance for respiratory viruses in the Pediatric Emergency Department
Description: Determine the history and physical exam findings of children presenting to the Peds ED with a URI, and collect a sample of nasal secretions for analysis of a spectrum of respiratory viruses including SARS.
