The Department of Radiology centralized scheduling department will work with you to find the most convenient and timely appointment available. Please call 212-263-8868 to speak with a scheduling associate. Please be certain to have your prescription, pre-certification number (if necessary), and insurance card available. Prescriptions submitted via fax can be sent to 212-263-2290.
