The NYU Hospitals Center, which includes the Tisch Hospital and the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation, occupies the superblock between 30th and 34th Streets along First Avenue, on Manhattan's East Side. The main entrance is one block north of 30th Street, on the east side of First Avenue.
The NYU Hospitals Center is easily accessible by car or public transportation. The closest airport to the Hospitals Center is LaGuardia, which is a 25-45 minute taxi ride away, depending on traffic. By taxi, John F. Kennedy Airport is 35-55 minutes away, and Newark Airport is 45-65 minutes away.

By Subway
The # 6 subway stops at 33rd Street and Park Avenue. Walk east to First Avenue, North to 38th Street.
or
The # 4,5,6 subways to Grand Central Station. Walk East to First Avenue, South to 38th Street.
By Public Bus
The First Avenue bus, M15, stops at First Avenue between 34th and 35th Streets. The Second Avenue bus, M15, stops at Second Avenue between 34th and 33rd Streets. Walk one block east to First Avenue. The M34 cross-town bus stops between 34th and 35th Streets on First Avenue.
By Car or Taxi
The NYU Hospitals Center is located just off the 34th Street
exit of the FDR Drive. It is also easily accessible from the Queens
Midtown Tunnel and crosstown from the Lincoln Tunnel.
Parking
Parking garages are located at 530 First Avenue and at 400 East 34th
Street. The Valet Parking Service is also available, in front of the
main entrance of NYU Hospitals Center.
Metered and restricted parking may be available on the street. Please read parking signs carefully to avoid towing and ticketing.
