Housing Information

NYU School of Medicine allocates housing to basic science post-doctoral fellows based primarily on the date of receipt of application for housing. The School has a Faculty Committee on Postdoctoral Housing that reviews housing requests from basic science Postdocs and takes into account applicants’ research accomplishments and other considerations when making recommendations for the housing that may be offered.  The Committee requires both a Housing Application Form and a Housing Applicant Questionnaire which can be found below, to be filled out and submitted together to the Housing Services office by all postdoctoral housing applicants who are requesting housing to start when they arrive at NYU. Both the Housing Application Form and the Housing Applicant Questionnaire below must be filled out and submitted to the Housing Office by every applicant requesting housing to insure that their housing needs will be considered.
