Directions:
Enter Rusk Institute of Rehabilitative Medicine, 400 East 34th Street (the northern entrance of NYU Medical Center between First Avenue and the FDR Drive), then take the J or K elevators to the 2nd Floor to room 227.
Donations:
This program is offered free of charge to patients, their families and friends. However, donations are accepted. A donation of $35 covers the cost of the workshop. A larger donation keeps the program going and continues to give the gift of the workshop to those unable to make a donation.
