Your NYU Medical at Trinity Center physician can mail or call-in prescription refills only if that physician provided the original prescription form. If this is the case, please call our prescription refill number. When leaving a message, be sure to include your name and the appropriate prescription information - name of drug, dose, pharmacy telephone number, etc. We will respond to your request as soon as possible. |
